PAINTING AND COATING SERVICES
Rtork CONTROLS has a wealth of combined industrial expertise in speciality painting, coating and surface preparation services, offering high quality, cost-effective options to our clients.
Services include:
- Surface preparation – abrasive blasting, high and ultra-high pressure water jetting, lapping and grinding, disc and barrel finishing

HYDRO TESTING
At Rtork CONTROLS we provide specialist hydrotesting, nitrogen / helium leak testing, pneumatic leak testing and a range of other pre-commissioning services. We recognise that verifying the integrity of systems through hydrotesting is a critical activity with a safe, timely and controlled execution being key success factors.
Our team of experts are well experienced when carrying out hydrostatic activities on a wide range of new build oil, gas, petrochemical and LNG projects. We have the capability to hydrostatic test up to 207 MPa (207,000 kPa / 30,000 PSI). To complement our services in hydrotesting we also offer a full flange management and test pack creation using our unique software SIM.
As well as providing hydrotesting services in isolation we can provide a full turnkey offering which would be controlled via our bespoke System Integrity Management (SIM) software, such as, project management, engineering and test pack compilation, total flange management, controlled bolting, system hydrotesting, pool testing, camera inspection, chemical cleaning, water flushing, high pressure water jetting, air blowing, drying and pneumatic pressure testing (air, helium, nitrogen or nitrogen helium).
INDUSTRIAL PNEUMATIC TESTING
Rtork CONTROLS, is a specialist service company providing nitrogen, nitrogen helium, air or air helium leak testing, together with a full range of other pre-commissioning services. We have carried out numerous leak testing activities on a wide range of new build oil, gas, petrochemical and LNG projects. Our personnel have many years of industry experience carrying out safe and reliable pneumatic testing both on and offshore. Our developed procedures for pneumatic leak testing have a greater level of detail and HSE control to reduce the risks to as low as practically possible. We have also introduced to the industry our proprietary System Integrity Management software (SIM) that combines flange management and pneumatic test pack creation by simply marking up P&ID’s and ISO’s electronically. The SIM generated leak test pack will reference a three-part permit system, which is an essential tool for controlling pressure testing operations. The philosophy of the three-part permit system is to eliminate the potential of any personnel working on a system that is pressurised or partly pressurised.
