At Rtork CONTROLS we have developed a clear and structured approach to Valve Integrity Management, which allows us to deliver either a fully integrated service or a bespoke scope offering, that encompasses proven best practice.  This is supported by our online Valve Management program (Rtork CONTROLS LIVE) which allows our customers to access to all data via the internet on a 24/7 basis.


We support all of our customers’ valve needs for both manual and actuated valves whether electrical, hydraulic or pneumatically powered across choke, relief, isolation, control and general valves.

Our services incorporate everything from commissioning support, onshore repair and recertification, offshore shutdown and maintenance support, maintenance strategy development, technical support, spares management and valve procurement.  These can be provided as individual services or in any combination to provide a fully integrated solution to any critical valve need.

At Rtork CONTROLS we have a robust and proven approach to valve maintenance and will work with our clients to design a tailored maintenance strategy for in-service valves based on the criticality of each valve.

Our system ensures that valve maintenance is carried out in a structured and auditable manner ensuring valves are maintained, inspected and certified to meet our clients' operational cost and safety metrics as well as industry standards.

Maintenance strategy selection will be made based on detailed analysis using Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA) tools.

Types of valves covered include choke, relief, ball, gate, plus, butterfly, diaphragm, spherical, cone, needle, global and specialist valves.

Our valves division is a focused service, dedicated to supporting all aspects of valve supply, maintenance and support that complies with the complex demands of the offshore energy industry.  We provide critical services on both manual and actuated valves, whether electrical, hydraulic or pneumatically powered. 

Utilizing our containerized workshops, our specialists deliver in-situ repair, maintenance and shutdown service packages whether for planned maintenance or reacting to urgent situations.  Valve types include choke, relief, ball, gate, plug, butterfly, diaphragm, spherical, cone, needle, globe or specialist valves.

With experienced technicians located across the globe, we can service our customers’ internationally, operating continuously to international operating standards and delivering a superior response due to time efficiency, planning and utilizing our years of offshore and technical expertise.

At Rtork CONTROLS we can deliver critical service and repair work on choke, relief, isolation, control and general valves either on-site or in our dedicated workshops located globally. Our services cover both manual and actuated valves whether electrical, hydraulic or pneumatically powered.

We provide a unique combination of highly skilled technicians, on-site machinery and state of the art test containers that provide on-site, emergency and scheduled repair, and maintenance services to international standards.  Our ability to work at site can significantly reduce the cost and downtime of sending valves off-site for repair.

Should our clients’ preference be to send valves off-site we have physical infrastructure and workshops located in all major energy provinces.
