DESCRIPTION
The Rtork Pneumatic Volume Booster is one-to-one signal to output supply air, when used with a Positioner and Actuator, it is a control device to increase the stroking speed of control valves. with a fixed minimum input value is designed to substantially increase enough volume of air to quickly and fully stroke of large actuators. Actuators retain their normal slow and stable responses as long as their signal fluctuations remain within the deadband limits that can be set on the booster, with the option of standard version and customization of client requirement
FEATURES

Soft seats provide tight shut off to reduce unnecessary air consumption. Small size and light weight allow the Volume Booster to be installed directly inline without a bracket. Large Flow Capacity : It is crucial that the design accommodates a large flow capacity, specifically engineered for optimal performance with valve positioners. Optimal Sensitivity : We require a system that reacts effectively to sudden changes in supply pressure. Fixed Deadband : This feature should ensure accurate and stable final positioning of the valve, which is paramount for our operations.
